Results and Future Plans
BPMN Solution has successfully migrated from dedicated on-premise servers to reliable and high-performance Servercore cloud servers in a certified Tier II+ data center in Uzbekistan. This enabled secure storage of personal data by local legal requirements, as well as integration with government APIs and 1C systems.
Guaranteed 99.98% fault tolerance of cloud servers under SLA ensured uninterrupted operation of the BPM system and improved the response time of the consulting company’s digital services by 35%. BPMN Solution also gained the ability to quickly resize resources for new client projects thanks to Servercore’s flexible cloud platform settings.
Additionally, the company managed to reduce IT infrastructure costs by 20%, since it no longer needed to maintain servers or ensure their uptime independently. The transparent billing system in the Servercore dashboard enables BPMN Solution to effectively manage its IT expenses.
Currently, Servercore’s computing power hosts the consulting company’s key BPM system, including various types of software and products for delivering automation services tailored to clients from different business sectors and the public sector. Some web applications are deployed on containerized infrastructure using the Managed Kubernetes service.
The company has also organized data storage for all client projects in Servercore’s file storage. It also uses Servercore’s backup service to enhance the resiliency of its IT infrastructure.
In the near future, BPMN Solution plans to increase the number of Managed Kubernetes clusters in Servercore to further scale its services and applications for tens of thousands of new users in Uzbekistan, as well as to conduct load testing at various levels of complexity.
