Client Profile
Vidman LLP is the developer of the Provizor Platform for medicine procurement automation for pharmacies in Kazakhstan. The project has been operating since 2007 and is a member of the Astana Hub International IT Startup Park. The company began as a fully offline operation, but with advancing IT technologies and emerging new market challenges, it became necessary to digitize the business.
Over more than 17 years of successful operations, Vidman LLP significantly scaled its business processes, which increased its requirements for server capacity. Currently, the company’s IT infrastructure features a complex architecture and includes several major product services.
The pharmacy procurement automation platform processes both personal and payment data of users. The Provizor’s client base encompasses about 3,000 retail pharmacies in Kazakhstan, with the platform simultaneously processing requests from at least 400 of them. Stable service operation requires powerful, highly available servers that are PCI DSS certified and capable of handling heavy loads.
Why Provizor Chose Servercore
Mikhail Vidman, CEO and founder of Provizor, decided to quickly migrate the virtual machines to other. When choosing a new technology partner, critical factors for the company were high uptime of the servers, their localization in Kazakhstan, and full compliance with the national laws. After a quick analysis of available solutions in the cloud service market, the Provizor team chose to cooperate with Servercore.

Vidman LLP completed the seamless 24-hour project migration to Servercore’s dedicated servers, having successfully restored the platform functionality after the previous cloud provider’s downtime. The company fully deployed back-end of its digital medicine procurement platform for pharmacies in Kazakhstan on the leased resources. The servers with up to 100% uptime ensured uninterrupted operation of the company’s services.
Currently, Vidman LLP leases both physical machines and Servercore customized cloud servers. The company’s project uses substantial random access memory for rapid data processing, including client personal and payment information. The company also utilizes Servercore’s backup service for convenient creation and storage of main product project backups.
Through Servercore solutions, Vidman LLP achieved stable operation of its medicine procurement platform and optimized system load, accelerating business processes. As a result, the company now downloads updates of delivery documents 12 times more frequently compared to pre-migration levels.
Additionally, after migrating to Servercore’s cloud, the complete client interaction cycle on the platform became 1.5 times faster. This enabled the Provizor Platform to expand its customer base without slowing down the product service operation.
As demand for its products grows, the company continues to expand its business, plans to increase computing resources, and is ready to lease additional server capacity from Servercore for new tasks in the near future.
