Servercore Adds ClickHouse® to Its Cloud Database Portfolio
Servercore, an international IT infrastructure provider, has launched the ClickHouse® database management system for high-performance big data analytics in the cloud. This update allows companies to bypass the complexities of self-managing compute clusters, providing a ready-to-use, fault-tolerant solution for building enterprise data warehouses (DWH and DLH) and analytical platforms.
Amid the rapid digitalization of the Kazakh and Uzbek markets, businesses are tasked with efficiently processing petabytes of data on a daily basis. Meeting these demands requires specialized IT infrastructure. The introduction of ClickHouse® at Servercore offers a localized service that guarantees minimal latency and full control over where customer data resides. The solution delivers high-performance interactive analytics and supports vector search for seamless integration into ML pipelines. This empowers companies to tackle resource-intensive workloads such as clustering, building generative AI (RAG) systems, and semantic search, ultimately transforming big data into a tool for strategic decision-making.
The service supports integration with S3 object storage via internal data center networks, eliminating the need to route traffic through the public internet. This enables the deployment of a Data Lakehouse (DLH) architecture using data formats like Apache Iceberg, cutting the storage costs for “cold” data by more than half compared to traditional warehousing approaches.
“We are seeing steady growth in demand for analytics tools capable of handling big data while remaining fully compliant with local data sovereignty laws. The launch of ClickHouse at Servercore addresses key technical challenges, from ensuring high performance for analytical workloads to supporting modern ML pipelines and vector search. At the same time, we maintain a flexible service delivery model, allowing companies to scale resources according to their actual needs without being locked into complex licensing schemes.”
ClickHouse® is currently available for deployment in Servercore’s availability zones in Almaty and Tashkent. Cluster setup takes just a few minutes via the control panel or API, and billing is based strictly on actual resource consumption. Learn more about the product via this link.
