SkyMetrics successfully migrated to the Servercore cloud platform in 2025. The move took place in two stages. Both migrations were completed in less than two weeks without disruption. By hosting its infrastructure in an ISO 27001-certified Tier III data center in Almaty, SkyMetrics was able to keep all its data in Kazakhstan in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan’s Law No. 94-V.
SkyMetrics deployed the backend of its digital platforms on rented computing resources, building infrastructure that ensures uninterrupted operation even under sustained workloads. Since moving to Servercore’s infrastructure, the company’s IT systems have been running without downtime.
Today, the company rents more than 20 virtual machines from Servercore. It uses cloud servers with custom configurations and Managed Kubernetes to scale microservices and ensure high application availability. It also uses S3 storage and cloud database services (DBaaS) to handle requests, job openings, and bookings.
SkyMetrics plans to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its partnership with Servercore. If new forecasting and analytics requirements arise, SkyMetrics will need GPU infrastructure. In that case, SkyMetrics plans to use Servercore’s GPU servers.
