FAQ
You can establish an environment for application development and testing, as well as organize VPS/VDS hosting based on VMware. This type of hosting is particularly suited for high-load projects, such as online stores or websites experiencing millions of visitors. With simple resource scaling within the VMware public cloud, you can increase capacity in just a few clicks when necessary, for instance, during online sales or spikes in web traffic.
Overall, VMware infrastructure is ideal for projects that demand high levels of security and reliability, which stands out as one of the primary advantages of using this platform.
In the public cloud, you only pay for the resources you actually use, following a pay-as-you-go model.
Cost Determination Process:
1. All configuration parameters for the VMware cloud server are considered, including vCPU, RAM, and SSD/hard disk capacity. For stopped virtual servers, only disk costs apply; vCPU and RAM charges are waived.
2. Every hour, the maximum total value of resources available to the project is calculated, which is then multiplied by the hourly resource rate.
3. The resulting amount is deducted from your balance in the VMware-based cloud.
For a private cloud setup, the fee structure includes a fixed monthly charge for server configurations along with a variable rate for VMware software licenses.
Should you have further questions or require more details regarding the billing process, please email us at hello@servercore.com, and we’ll respond within one business day.
Yes, the maximum number of cores allowed is 72 vCPUs per virtual machine. We maintain a large pool of vCPUs to accommodate extensive projects.
