— Fast scalability of digital services
— Flexible solutions with the ability to create and quickly modify your own configurations
— High service availability and guaranteed computing resources
— Reliable data storage in data centers with backup life support systems: power supply, communication channels, cooling systems
— Paying only for used computing resources
— Saving on buying and maintaining server equipment, as well as hiring a maintenance team
— High server performance due to the latest Intel® Xeon® and AMD EPYC™ processors.

What hardware is used for cloud servers?

We use the latest Intel® Xeon® and AMD EPYC™ processors for our cloud servers.
Fixed configurations offer 1 to 24 vCPUs, 1 GB to 128 GB RAM, and 8 GB to 1.25 TB of local disk space. Custom configurations offer 1 to 8 vCPUs, 512 MB to 64 GB RAM, and 5 GB to 512 GB of local disk space.
Network drive sizes range from 1 GB to 10 TB.

I’m unsure how to choose a cloud server configuration for my business. What should I do?

Reach out to our technical support team. Send your questions to hello@servercore.com or create a ticket in the panel. We will help you select a server with suitable disk and memory capacity within one business day.

Can I reconfigure the cloud server and rent additional cloud capacity?

You can reconfigure the virtual machine (VM) and upgrade its resources at any time, and it’ll only take a few minutes. Refer to the documentation for detailed instructions on how to do this.

How is the server rental cost calculated?

The final price is based on the cost of resources consumed by the cloud server: the number of cores, memory, and local disk. You can calculate the price using the calculator on our website.

How do I pay for cloud server rentals?

You can pay for the server rental with local currency or bonuses.
To do this, you need to top up your account balance in the panel. The cloud platform utilizes a pay-as-you-go payment model. The cost is charged every hour for the previous hour of computing resources and external-traffic consumption.

You can learn more about the payment process for cloud servers in the documentation.

Can I test a cloud server for free?

Yes, if you are a new Servercore client. To receive bonuses for server testing, email us at hello@servercore.com.

What operating systems are available for the cloud server? Can I upload my own?

Ready-made images of Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, Fedora, Windows, and Oracle Linux operating systems with a prepared operational environment and configured parameters are available in the control panel.
If none of the images are suitable, you can upload your own in the control panel. Refer to the documentation for more information on this.
